Hmm…where to begin. First off, my name is Hilary Walker and I am a recent college graduate, a wife, a daughter, a sister, a friend, and a hard worker! I studied Interior Design, am a contemporary and modern dancer, and enjoyed teaching ballroom dancing for the past several years. More and more I love dreaming in the world of design, fashion, and style. I am constantly looking for new ways to be inspired, be it in the form of a beautifully composed photograph, a moving piece of contemporary music, a meticulously crafted vintage coat, or just the night view of the city skyline from my apartment window. This blog is a way for me to organize my thoughts and at the same time share some ideas with a community of kindred spirits. Its a daily inspiration journal and I hope you enjoy!

  1. Wow, Hilary…I enjoyed catching up on all your posts. Super fun! Thanks for the perfectly sized venture into the land of inspiring beauty and art. Keep it up. You have a great eye!

    • Thanks so much, Nina! I’m glad you are enjoying it. I have to say, it’s a lot of fun and a great way for me to identify and explore those things that inspire me most, while also sharing them with all of you!

    • Hey, Reuben! Thanks so much for stopping by. WordPress has actually been pretty easy to use. Of course, being a blogger newby, I had a lot to learn about very simple webpage formatting concepts. But now that I’m starting to get the hang of it, I would say it’s well organized and user-friendly. I’m also still learning how to customize my own page using their “mass-produced” themes…it’s a work in progress and I’m gradually getting closer to where I want to be. 🙂 Are you thinking about starting a blog?

    • Thank you so much for your kind and encouraging words, Kibble! Your support means so much to me and I’m happy to know that you are enjoying my work on this blog. Come back again soon!

    • Hi Heather! I’m so glad you stopped by and big thanks for the blog shout out! I haven’t gotten the chance to connect with many other Fort Worth bloggers. It’s great to “meet” you and I hope we can meet in person sometime.

      Come back anytime!
(PS I love your blog, too! 🙂 )
